Immiediate replacement of teeth with All-on-4 implant supported bridge

If you have teeth that are destined for removal or dentures that you cannot get on with a new technology has been develpoed called All-on-4 implants to provide you immiediate replacement teeth.

With this method complex grafting and sinus surgery is avoided with 4 implants positioned at the front of the mouth upon which an acrylic bridge is fixed on the same day as implant placement. This can later be used as a spare /temporary bridge when eventually a highly aesthetic bridge with porcelain teeth will be made that is supported by the All-on-4 implants.

“Straight teeth from Kent” teaching in LA at the University of California . Sidcup is now officially on the map!

Dr. Tif Qureshi was honored to be asked to lecture on Inman Aligners as the University of Southern California last week at the USC restorative symposium in LA.

His work with Inman Aligners in the UK is now been seen and heard by an International Dental audience, because of the impact it has had on cosmetic dentistry in the Uk and Europe.

We developed the use of the Aligner at Dental Elegance to a level way beyond anything being done in the US and now teaching there will start there too.

Tif will return to the US in February to lecture at the Chicago Midwinter meeting and then with a Hands on Inman Aligner course in Orlando in March.

maidstone patient gets straight teeth fast.

This patient from maidstone kent, just finished her inman aligner treatment today. She firstly had her uppers treated then her lowers. Her Aligners only took 3 months each to work.
She followed this with some simple tooth whitening. Her chipped front tooth was then repaired with NO drilling. Just simple bonding . Some retainers were bonded to her teeth and we always tell our patients to store their inman aligners because unlike most other systems, if there was ever a problem in the future, an Inman Aligner can always be put back in to get your straight teeth back.

Because the Aligner is removable, and the patient only needs to wear it for 16-20 hours a day, it wont take over your life. You can take them out and still go out for an evening.

A new Makeover at Dental Elegance Sidcup Kent.

We have been lucky enough to have had a makeover of a different sort.

Dental Elegance has updated its look with a new contemporary feel. Designed by Khoi and Judy Nghiem from Ultrasmile, they have managed to integrate the latest in hi-tech dentistry and ultra modern relaxing looks into our Sidcup Practice. Hygiene, implants, cosmetic dentistry, Inman Aligners and whitening are all available in new surgeries with daylight lighting systems.
