Her teeth were affected by fluorosis which caused the white patches in the enamel of her two front teeth and some of her lower teeth.

She was treated with a combination of tooth whitening, composite bonding and porcelain veneers.

Initially she whitened her teeth with a combination of Zoom in-surgery and then home tooth whitening. In addition to this the dark tooth on the right in the photo was treated with an additional inside/outside whitening procedure.

Following the whitening the two front teeth and the dark tooth on the right in the photo were prepared for minimal porcelain veneers and the other front tooth was built up free hand by composite resin bonding.

The photographs show the patient immediately after the veneers were fitted. She was very happy with the result!

After ABB (Only 12 weeks)

This means the treatment is FAR cheaper, FAR less invasive but still very quick. Her case took 12 weeks start to finish with an Inman Aligner, Zoom home whitening and

Venus diamond composite edges placed on her teeth. NO tooth removal was required, and NO injections.

Amy also only had to wear the Inman Aligner 16 hours-18 hours a day (unlike clear braces which require 22-23 hrs a day wear or fixed braces which are on 24/7 ) It meant that she could go out and take the Inman Aligner out occasionally- it can of course also be taken out to eat so no unpleasant cleaning or smells coming from metal wires and brackets. Because its removable, it also meant we could whiten Amy’s teeth with Zoom home whitening for only 35 minutes a day. Amy did this at home.  Her total cost was less than £2600 for a treatment that if she had used veneers would have cost at least twice that and would have meant lots of tooth would need cutting back to place the veneers on.

Not every patient is suitable but for those who are , ABB represents one of the fastest, and safest ways of improving your smile dramatically- and  there is absolutely no need for veneers at all.

With this method complex grafting and sinus surgery is avoided with 4 implants positioned at the front of the mouth upon which an acrylic bridge is fixed on the same day as implant placement.
