This patient was really unhappy with his lower teeth as they were very crowded and crowding was getting worse. The uneven positioning of the teeth also meant that he was unable to clean the teeth properly -this in turn was causing gum problems. The patient did not want to have any fixed braces and so opted to have an inman aligner. This was worn for 12 weeks and the teeth were then whitened. The patient is delighted with the results and not only has he got straight lower teeth but his gum health has also improved as he can now clean them easily.
